Under s. 13 of the Federal Constitution, the Federal and Cantonal Data Protection Legislation, as well as the General Data Protection Regulation of the European Union (GDPR), everyone has the right to the protection of their privacy and the right to be protected against the misuse of their data. The Alfaset Foundation strictly observes these provisions.

Personal data are treated in strict confidentiality and are not sold or disclosed to third parties. We work closely with our hosting providers to protect our databases from external intrusion, misuse and falsification by all means possible. You have the right to access, correct or delete your data.

The Alfaset Foundation only retains your personal data if you have placed an order from our online store in order to ensure proper follow-up. However, the Alfaset Foundation declines any responsibility for the security of your data. It is your responsibility to always make an up-to-date backup copy of the transmitted data and to store it elsewhere than on the Site.
